For the life drain, simply start an air combo and at the end hold foward and roundhouse (or use the Mystic Drop dwn+hp I think). Sometimes you may cross them over in the air, also I feel that it's best to start the air combo w/a jump in. You can use an assist like Doom AAA to hold them in place for the Chaos Dimension. However, I really enjoy combing the move from an air combo...after the Chaos Dimension has ended use lk -> mk to otg into another air combo (this can not be rolled out of). Oh yeah, if you get close don't forget to use Shuma's Devitalization, it's a good comand throw and can throw opponents off of their game if use it often. Shuma's Mystic Smash super can be linked from any of his medium attacks and Shuma's c.hk stops most jump ins. Shuma is really no good with out the right helpers though (I suggest Commando and Doom). You can mash out of Shuma Gorath's Chaos Dimension OTG attempts. I think it called Pseudo Flying Screen. Read the article about mashing for more info. Also, ending an air combo with his HK throw is great for frustrating people. No body likes to be thrown, especially when it's after an air combo AND refills your life. Just make sure to mash (gently, please). As for initiating Chaos Dimension in the middle of a combo, I'm not sure... It appears as though it's necessary to have the opponent cornered. And since I've tried this a bit with no success (but seeing that James Chen does it easily) I'm guessing there's some little hidden bit that needs to be done. A neat little gaurd break with shuma is to either chaos dimesion, or after your opponent hits the ground jump and just before you land, hit up forward fierce punch then you'll hit the ground than do the launcher9this attack can only be done with your opponent in the corner) Good Luck and kick some ass with the squid!!!!!! -TBS!- The Best Shuma!- IP: Logged All times are GMT.
